Future retailers will be able to apply through a qualifying nonprofit or business criteria.
At least 30% of applicants applying through a business criteria will need to be “justice-involved” (individuals who were arrested for marijuana but convicted for a lesser offense).
The application portal is up as of Thursday and is accessible here.
